• Du baust aktiv neue Partnerschaften zu Genossenschaftsbanken und Sparkassen auf und entwickelst Bestehende weiter. • Du entwickelst und verantwortest unsere Vertriebsstrategie für den Regionalbankensektor sowie für Factoring- und Leasinggesellschaften. • Du überzeugst Banken vom Mehrwert unserer digitalen Manufaktur und begleitest sie beim Onboarding und in der operativen Nutzung. • Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Teams Business Development, Produkt- und Key-Account-Management zusammen. • Du beobachtest Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen und leitest daraus Chancen ab. • Du verantwortest KPIs, Volumina und das Reporting für Deinen Bereich.
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb, Business Development oder Kreditanalyse, idealerweise im Firmenkundensegment von Banken. • Sehr gutes Verständnis für Strukturen, Prozessen und Anforderungen von Banken. • Ein gutes Netzwerk in der Bankenwelt – oder die klare Fähigkeit, eines aufzubauen. • Strategisch denkend, unternehmerisch handelnd und begeistert von digitalen Plattformlösungen. • Selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise. • Eine hohe Eigenverantwortung findest Du motivierend.
