• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 2–4 years of Salesforce administration experience; Marketing Cloud experience preferred. • Basic to intermediate understanding of email automation, segmentation, and customer engagement workflows. • Experience with SQL, SOQL, and data management tasks. • Strong organizational skills, ability to learn quickly, and comfort in fast-paced environments.
