• Oversee and lead key project initiatives, ensuring efficient execution, timely completion, and alignment with organizational objectives. This involves coordinating with various departments, liaising with stakeholders, and engaging external partners. • Efficiently manage and optimize the CEO's calendar, focusing on effective time management. This includes grouping similar meetings, carving out time for undisturbed work, and accommodating early meetings as needed. • Handle a high volume of email communications and scheduling, discerning priority issues requiring the CEO's attention and effectively delegating other matters, ensuring their resolution. • Ensure all necessary materials and information, including attendee bios and slide presentations, are organized and available for both internal and external meetings, allowing the CEO and leadership team to be well-informed ahead of engagements. • Regularly review and assess the CEO's weekly schedule, ensuring it aligns with high-priority tasks and key company milestones. • Coordinate and provide marketing materials for ad hoc customer requests and support related sales and marketing needs.


• 3+ years of experience supporting a CEO as an Executive Assistant • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, suitable for liaising with high-level stakeholders both internally and externally. • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Ability to handle a high volume of communications and requests with tact and efficiency. • A deep commitment to reflecting and promoting Kintsugi's organizational values and competence in every engagement.
