📋 Description

• Join the Governance team to support the process of increasing software quality maturity across the organization; • Prior experience with QA for complex business processes, implementing software quality processes and maturity frameworks; • Strong knowledge of functional and automated testing, with particular emphasis on integration testing; • Experience leading meetings with users and defining testing standards; • Full understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and systems deployment; • Ability to create and execute test plans, and manage continuous delivery processes; • Ability to transfer knowledge and manage QA teams; • Ability to manage demands from multiple stakeholders in a project with several concurrent workstreams.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Test Plans in Azure DevOps (methodology and tool); • Previous experience managing QA teams and implementing QA processes; • Familiarity with QA maturity models; • Experience supporting the adoption of best practices; • Knowledge of TMMi (advantage); • Time management; • Commitment; • Attention to detail; • Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking; • Teamwork; • Sense of urgency; • Effective communication skills; • Self-managing; • Responsible; • Proactive and committed to continuous learning; • Highly experienced collaborating with developers, fostering a cooperative environment that facilitates the identification and resolution of issues.
