Description

• Provide sales leadership to the state of New York • Maintain relationship with distribution partner and top accounts • Achieve sales goals and develop programs inside key customers • Develop new business from targeted customers • Develop and implement clear ways of working for partner relationship • Coordinate production, packaging, and inventory alignment • Achieve outstanding in-store merchandising and promotions • Develop timely sales reports and ROI • Establish relationships with business partners • Assist with communication of new product launches • Travel to dispensaries to establish relationships • Track lead to sale in Salesforce • Build and revise yearly forecast • Lead planning and business review meetings

Requirements

• Must reside in New York • Strong listening and communication skills • Organized and diligent • Proficient with Google Suite and CRM tools • Experience with people management • Pass Motor Vehicle Report requirements • Passion for the cannabis industry
