Description

• Provide support to the Director of Trade Marketing • Drive results in achieving goals • Develop key account trade marketing initiatives • Assist with maintaining relationships with Sales Teams, Trade Teams, and Brand Teams • Assist with execution and activation assets • Lead FMR training nationally • Assist with creative requests, digital videos, and toolbox creations • Take on special projects for special events or large volume Trade Marketing pulses • Assist with Trade Marketing ROI reporting • Assist with managing and assisting with trade-related sales programs • Support new product launches • Assist with swag sourcing, vendor management, budget, and timeline

Requirements

• Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred • Minimum of 2 years of field marketing experience • Strong interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills • Proficient with Google Docs, Microsoft Office, and other CRM tools • Salesforce experience is a plus • Experience with people or vendor management • Excellent communication skills • Enthusiasm for the cannabis industry • Reliable transportation and ability to travel as needed • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
