Description

• Lead, manage, grow, and develop a large team of highly motivated and industry professionals • Set the growth strategy for Kiva both short and long term • Develop, execute, and optimize national and state specific sales and field strategies • Build and optimize frameworks and develop strong top-to-top relationships • Build and nurture relationships with sales leaders at license and/or distribution partners • Implement systems and technology to improve team performance • Set, measure, and track goals for sales and field teams • Lead and interface with cross-functional teams to identify problems/opportunities

Requirements

• 5+ years of high-level sales leadership experience • Experience managing or working closely with field/trade marketing • Experience managing distributors and distribution networks • Experience in regulated environments like alcohol, tobacco, or cannabis preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to lead and interface with cross-functional teams • Ability to pull market data and extrapolate insights • Experience leading marketing for multiple lifestyle brands preferred
