β€’ Sales Development Representative responsible for reaching leads or prospects and generating interest in KNOREX XPO platform and services

Requirements

β€’ Execute consultative selling skills identifying customer needs - via telephone and email - and developing a value-added proposition supported by KNOREX product offerings β€’ Meet/exceed outbound dials and emails, prospecting and lead qualification β€’ Demonstrable ability to get past the gatekeeper and to the appropriate decision makers β€’ Act proactively to create opportunities for new sales with current customers or prospects β€’ Emphasize KNOREX XPO service and product features and benefits β€’ Maintain & expand the database of leads and prospects for the organization β€’ Conducting business dealings in a professional and proactive manner β€’ Being a trusted advisor for customers as well as internal contacts β€’ Be fast & flexible in a fast-paced evolving environment β€’ Utilize CRM system on a consistent daily basis to self-manage selling activity, contacts, deals, strategies, reporting, and communications β€’ Safeguard of confidential information within Knorex as well as information entrusted to us by external parties

β€’ Must have a proven track record of inside sales experience β€’ 3-5 years business-to-business, telemarketing and inside sales experience required β€’ Digital media, digital marketing or advertising technology experience preferred β€’ Exceptional verbal and written professional communication skills β€’ Excellent organization and presentation skills β€’ Excellent time management skills β€’ Highly energetic, motivated self-starter β€’ Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills β€’ Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) required β€’ Salesforce CRM experience a plus β€’ Bachelor's degree (BA/BS), preferred β€’ Must be authorized to work in the United States β€’ Good awareness about information security and confidentiality
