Data Analyst

Description
• Perform quantitative analyses to evaluate product launches, workflow improvements, and new opportunities and to estimate their expected impact • Collaborate with different teams to identify opportunities where data can be used to deliver insights and help prioritize key projects that will improve our products and operations • Utilize internal data and other sources to better understand our customers, workflow processes and business partners and share those insights with the rest of the company • Work with cross-functional teams and leadership within our different organizational functions to assess new product opportunities and market trends
Requirements
• 2+ years of professional experience in an analytical role (e-commerce or subscription businesses preferred) • Expertise in SQL and analyzing large datasets • Data sleuth (e.g., data source identification, feasibility of joins, determines data reasonableness based on business insight) • Ability to wireframe and mockup potential data visualization solutions to address business questions and KPIs • Familiarity with technical tools such as R or Python and visualization platforms such as Looker, Tableau, Amplitude or Heap • Strong sense of personal initiative and ownership
