Description

• Lead FP&A function across multiple departments, supporting strategic company goals through planning and analysis. • Manage team to prepare real-time intelligence, track KPIs, engage with internal customers, and communicate financial data. • Oversee Bookings, Revenue, Cash Flow forecast models, Budget and Quarterly Forecasts, Monthly Financial Reports. • Assess risk and variances, produce Sales Operations Report and Backlog Reporting Packages, engage with functional leaders for decision making. • Route ad hoc requests, facilitate Department Budget process, manage various financial analysts and specialists.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred. • 2 to 5 years of corporate financial planning & analysis experience. • 3 to 5 years finance or accounting experience. • Experience with Percent of Completion Accounting often found in construction, engineering consulting, or other project-based environments. • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and communicate financial data to non-financial personnel. • Thorough understanding of project management best practices. • Efficient learner, able to learn new software and systems quickly. • Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills. • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
