Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in fintech or financial services • Demonstrated leadership experience in finance transformation • In-depth expertise in finance operations and technologies • Proficiency in complex data analysis using SQL queries • Project management experience with large-scale programs • Familiarity with financial reporting audits and compliance frameworks • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • Proven leadership and team management capabilities • Ability to balance macro-to-micro perspectives • Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Previous experience and knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain preferred
