• Develop and articulate the AI/ML Team's vision, mission, and strategy • Lead and inspire a team of talented machine learning engineers • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Develop and deploy machine learning models and solutions • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvements • Address potential technical and business risks • Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance • Solid understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency technologies • Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field • Proven experience leading and managing a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge and expertise in machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, etc. • Experience in developing and deploying machine learning models • Understanding of software development lifecycle and DevOps • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Scala, Go, etc. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
