Description

• Lead process discovery workshops and requirement gathering sessions • Conduct design workshops and recommend best solutions on the Workday platform • Develop scalable solutions for the Global HR teams • Explore opportunities to improve HR business processes and operations • Challenge existing processes, methods, and systems for improvement • Uphold application security and data integrity on the Workday platform • Act as a Scrum Master and manage sprint communications • Support Compensation, Talent & Performance teams • Support business reporting needs • Stay updated on the latest Workday releases • Mentor and develop team members through project collaboration

Requirements

• 5+ years of Workday configuration and administration experience • 3+ years of experience in Compensation, Performance, and Reporting • Experience in enterprise applications/HR operations of a hyper-growth company • Strong working knowledge of core HR business processes • Experience in configuration, implementation, and support of Workday solutions • Strong working knowledge of Workday modules such as HCM, Advanced Compensation, Performance, Reporting, and Security • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines • Strong project management knowledge and skills • Comfortable working with ambiguity and handling multiple projects • Experience with SOX, SOC audits • Prior consulting experience or business process mapping experience • Workday certifications in Adv Comp, Talent & Performance, Time Tracking, or Reporting is a plus
