• Design, implement and deploy Machine Learning solutions to solve complex problems and deliver real business value • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business partners • Develop production-grade ML models • Monitor and improve model performance • Stay up-to-date with the latest in ML and AI • Mentor junior engineers

Requirements

• Expertise in building, deploying, measuring, and maintaining machine learning models • Thorough understanding of software development lifecycle and DevOps • Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, Go, Rust or other languages • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience with MLOps platforms and ML frameworks • Experience with Big Data tools • Experience with GenAI tools • Advanced degree in CS, ML, or related field • Minimum 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering
