Description

• Lead process discovery workshops and requirement gathering sessions • Conduct design workshops with business stakeholders • Develop scalable solutions on the Workday platform • Challenge existing business & IT processes • Ensure data integrity and compliance • Support reporting needs • Stay updated with latest Workday releases • Work with a global HR department

Requirements

• 4+ years of Workday platform configuration and administration experience • Experience in Talent & Performance, HCM, and Reporting • Strong knowledge of core HR business processes • Experience with enterprise applications/HR operations • Strong knowledge of Workday modules • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects • Experience conducting SOX and SOC audits • Consulting or business process mapping experience is a plus • Certification in Talent & Performance, Time & Absence, or Reporting is a plus
