• Architect and design Machine Learning and Gen AI frameworks • Guide collaboration to identify AI/ML opportunities • Develop production-grade ML models for personalized customer experience, fraud detection, etc. • Monitor and improve model performance • Stay updated on latest trends in ML and AI • Mentor and lead a team of engineers

Requirements

• Proven expertise in building Machine Learning models • Experience in architecting scalable and maintainable systems • Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, Go, Rust or other languages • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with MLOps platforms and ML frameworks • Hands-on experience with Big Data tools • Prior technical leadership experience • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field • Minimum 8+ years of AI/ML engineering experience
