📋 Description

• Define target-state Power BI architecture and governance for the consolidated tenant • Define tenant-to-tenant migration approach for Power BI artefacts • Establish runbooks for factory teams covering workspace creation/config, permissions mapping, report/dataset migration patterns • Coordinate dependencies with Entra Apps/Identity • Define validation gates and acceptance criteria to ensure refresh success • Build and govern the exception framework to address legacy patterns, unsupported dependencies, complex gateway constraints • Drive production-ready operational reporting to track defect trends, refresh failures, adoption metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Proven delivery of tenant-to-tenant Power BI migration (workspaces/reports/datasets) with real production outcomes • Strong Power BI architecture knowledge: workspace governance, security model, dataset lifecycle, refresh patterns, operational monitoring • Experience handling identity/service principal dependencies for Power BI estates in enterprise environments • Ability to create factory-grade runbooks and quality gates that minimise rework and protect business reporting continuity • Strong troubleshooting mindset for refresh failures, permission failures, broken dependencies and post-move validation
