📋 Description

• Identify, assess, and solve sophisticated business problems for integrating the Workday cloud application with external applications across a wide array of Human Capital Management functions • Lead the design, build, and testing of Workday integration code base including Studio, EIB, Cloud Connect, Orchestrate, API, RaaS, DT, Extend and supporting 3rd party coding • Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions • Work with business to analyze, research, debug and resolve Workday Integration production related issues • Identify opportunities to enhance integration performance, automate processes, and improve system efficiency • Ensure integrations adhere to security best practices, data privacy regulations, and compliance standards • Lead integration testing activities, prepare test scripts, conduct Unit and UAT testing • Write and maintain XSLT, and MVEL expressions to manipulate data and automate business logic within Workday Studio Integrations • Thoroughly document integration processes, configurations for future reference • Experience working in Agile environments, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field • 6+ years of demonstrated ability with data migration, integration development, report building / RaaS, or software development • 4+ years of experience in Workday Integrations development, including Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, Web Services (SOAP, REST), Extend, and Workday APIs • Prior Workday Extend experience, developing at least 2+ app use cases required • Advanced skills with RaaS, EDI, Web Services, XSLT, Java, .Net or other integration technology • Effective communication skills in explaining complex concepts in simple terms and understanding HR internal and vendor processes
