Description
• Develop strategic facilities plans and analyze alternatives. • Prepare cost estimates, execution documents, and contribute to policy development. • Participate in and coordinate Integrated Product Teams (IPT). • Maintain and assess Integrated Master Schedules (IMS). • Prepare and participate in briefings for Budget and Program Management Reviews.
Requirements
• A Minimum of 5 years of experience managing capitalization projects for multiple facilities. • Experience in planning, coordinating, and tracking projects based on objectives, milestones, and constraints. • Strong knowledge of project management principles. • Proficiency in data management systems and effective oral and written communication.
