• Develop, curate, and manage high-quality content across all social media platforms that speaks directly to the needs and aspirations of content creators. • Foster a thriving community where creators and brands can connect, share, and grow. You’ll be the glue that holds our community together, organizing virtual events, facilitating discussions, and amplifying the voices within our network. • Own our social media strategy, from ideation to execution. You’ll craft compelling campaigns, engage with our audience, and drive brand awareness across all channels. • Work closely with our product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure that our content and community initiatives align with the broader goals of the company. • Monitor, track, and report on key metrics to measure the success of our social media and community efforts, using data to inform and refine our strategies.
• 3+ years of experience in social media management, community building, or a related field, preferably within the content creator or influencer marketing space. • A natural storyteller with a knack for creating content that captivates and inspires. • Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal. You know how to engage and activate an audience and keep the conversation going. • A deep understanding of the content creator landscape and the unique challenges and opportunities it presents. • You love diving into the numbers to understand what’s working and what’s not, using insights to continually improve our social media and community strategies. • You’re proactive, resourceful, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
