• Bachelor’s degree in business, linguistics, or related field (master’s preferred) • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the language services industry • Proven experience of achieving and exceeding revenue targets • Strong understanding of interpretation and translation services • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce a plus) • Willingness to travel within region as needed
