Description
• About LastPass: Leader in password and identity management • Exciting opportunity for an accounting professional seeking to join a dynamic SaaS company • Actively participate in the month-end close process, including preparation of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end accruals in accordance with US GAAP • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as FP&A, Marketing, Tax, R&D, and others to ensure accurate and complete general ledger activity • Support the external audit firm with interim and year-end audit requests, as well as other ongoing audit requirements • Review AP invoices and work with the accounts payable team to understand business transactions, ensuring they are accurately accounted for and classified • Work with leadership to identify and implement initiatives that streamline accounting processes and systems to enhance team efficiency
Requirements
• Relevant accounting experience • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment • Strong work ethic with a desire to learn and take on challenges; self-driven, motivated, and adaptable to ambiguity • Ability to interact effectively and build productive working relationships across all organizational levels and departments • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with NetSuite is a plus
