📋 Description

• Source, screen, and interview 80–100 candidates monthly using LinkedIn, ATS, and outbound methods • Align with hiring managers on role requirements, market trends, and candidate progress • Manage multiple roles and schedules across U.S. and LATAM time zones • Identify and market MPCs for new opportunities • Ensure timely and professional communication with clients and candidates

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of recruitment experience with a proven track record of meeting monthly placement targets • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment • Fluent English (C1 or C2) with excellent written and verbal communication skills • Availability to work 9–6 EST with occasional flexibility for nights/weekends
