Description

• Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance backend systems using Java and Spring Boot. • Ensure the backend systems are efficient, scalable, and secure. • Work with relational and NoSQL databases, design schema, write complex queries, and optimize database performance. • Integrate backend services with front-end applications and third-party systems. • Monitor and optimize the performance of backend systems. • Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and automated tests. • Implement security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and data encryption. • Create and maintain technical documentation for backend systems, APIs, and services. • Work closely with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in backend development using Java and Spring Boot. • Strong proficiency in Java, including experience with Java 8+ features. • Deep understanding of Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data. • Experience with RESTful API design and development. • Proficiency in working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra). • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). • Strong understanding of software development principles, including object-oriented design, SOLID principles, and design patterns. • Experience with version control systems, such as Git. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an agile environment. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing is a plus.
