• Serve as a technical SME for integrations during pre‑sales and post‑sales conversations • Interpret client workflow requirements and translate them into practical integration and automation workflows • Build low‑code automation templates using tools such as Workato and Power Automate • Develop small proof‑of‑concept automations that demonstrate what is possible • Maintain clear and accurate documentation for all integration and automation work • Create customer‑facing documentation, help articles, and enablement materials • Provide basic troubleshooting support for deployed customer automations • Liaise with technical partners to coordinate integration requirements
• 5+ years of experience in a technical integration, automation, or professional services role • Strong understanding of API concepts, data flows, and system‑to‑system integrations • Demonstrated experience with low‑code automation tools such as Workato, Power Automate, Zapier, or similar • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities • Strong organizational and time‑management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work directly with customers to understand requirements • A collaborative mindset
