Description
• Assist clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings. • Provide clear and patient support, building trust and maintaining strong client relationships. • Engage with tax agencies to resolve queries promptly and effectively. • Utilize your tax expertise to ensure our clients' compliance and satisfaction. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data. • Provide essential financial reports to senior managers. • Offer data-driven insights that guide our strategic decisions and business growth. • Handle payroll functions seamlessly, ensuring timely and accurate payments. • Maintain meticulous records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. • Ensure our employees' payroll needs are met with precision and reliability. • Review financial information quarterly and annually. • Spot irregularities, propose solutions, and safeguard our fiscal health. • Conduct thorough financial analyses to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. • Manage client accounts and payment schedules efficiently. • Ensure seamless transactions through your organizational prowess. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and financial activities.
Requirements
• Proven experience in accounting or a related field. • Strong understanding of tax regulations and payroll procedures. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in financial analysis and reporting. • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude. • Willing to work in the Pacific Time (PST) • With own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, core 5 above & Microsoft Office) with an internet connection of at least 10mbps
