📋 Description

• Support and lead ongoing ServiceNow continuous improvement projects • Collaborate with a diverse workforce within a matrix environment • Build upon the existing ServiceNow foundation • Maintaining and performing continual service improvements • Gather and document business and system requirements • Develop implementation plans, SOP, system architecture for all project deployments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 8+ years of proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer • Strong understanding of the platform’s architecture and capabilities • At least 6 years of experience with design, development and support • At least 4 years of experience in leading software development projects • Hands on ServiceNow development experience across multiple modules • Familiar with ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM • Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems • Active ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) Certification or the ability to obtain within 3 months
