📋 Description

• Set and execute the region’s operational strategy in partnership with the Division Vice President and executive team. • Oversee the performance of all IRF hospitals within the division, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and patient safety. • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital partner leadership and stakeholders. • Lead large-scale transformation efforts, ensuring successful change management and stakeholder engagement. • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, identify opportunities, and drive accountability for results. • Oversee resource allocation, budgeting, and policy development to support division priorities. • Mentor and develop high-performing leaders and teams, responsible for the hiring and evaluating of hospital leadership. • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies. • Serve as a key spokesperson and advocate for the region.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a multi-facility manager or 7+ years’ senior-level experience in healthcare administration/hospital management, with 5+ years of experience as a hospital CEO or Administrator • Sustained high performance, demonstrating management results and business growth • Experience collaborating with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders across hospital functions • Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation and change management • Experience collaborating with executive teams, boards, and diverse stakeholders across hospital functions • Proven ability to deliver results in complex, matrixed organizations (required) • Ability to travel 60%
