📋 Description

• Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing initiatives, working closely with senior project managers to manage project briefs, meetings, and follow-ups • Oversee project timelines, schedules, and resource allocation, ensuring creative assets are reviewed and approved, and documentation is accurate and up to date • Act as a key point of contact between marketing stakeholders and creative/production teams, providing regular status updates and ensuring stakeholder feedback is captured and implemented • Support continuous improvement of project workflows and processes, maintain project management tools, and manage administrative tasks including reporting, documentation, and file organization

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in project coordination, project management, or marketing operations • Proven experience collaborating with creative and marketing teams, ideally in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, Trello, Jira, or similar platforms • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills • Experience in creative services, agency operations, or content production workflows is a bonus, but not needed
