Description

• Actively coach, develop, and lead a team of ~6 account managers to consistently attain and exceed revenue targets with a value-selling lens, all while supporting their career growth • Develop and report accurate revenue forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis • Hold weekly one on one meetings with direct reports and provide individualized coaching to motivate behavior and drive optimal performance • Regularly collaborate with and provide feedback to the Director of Account Management to continuously improve department processes, GTM strategies, and team trainings • Collaborate with other leaders and internal stakeholders (Customer Success, Operations, Product, Engineering, etc.) by acting as the voice of the customer and the department in order to improve the value-realization of our customer base and team goals

Requirements

• 3+ years in an expansion sales leadership position with a proven history of leading and coaching teams that consistently achieve their targets • 3+ years in a quota carrying sales position with consistent achievement of targets • Ability to understand the big picture while maintaining a hands-on, frontline leadership approach with direct reports across all responsibilities • Eager to provide coaching and support the creation of systems that simultaneously build incredible value for customers and grow our revenue • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to maneuver ambiguity and changing processes, inherent with an exciting, hyper-growth organization
