Description

• Focus on innovative platform development, team coaching, and collaboration with offshore partner • Engage in new platform work, refine add-on services, and assist with greenfield projects • Dedicate time to coaching and mentoring the team • Contribute to fostering a vibrant team culture and ensure product meets market demands and client needs

Requirements

• Proficiency in Java or JVM languages (Scala, Groovy, Kotlin, etc.) • Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), REST APIs, event-driven and domain-driven design • AWS experience including API Gateway, Cognito, ECS and Lambda • MySQL or PostgreSQL • Experience with React and JavaScript is a plus • B2B SaaS Experience: Ideal candidates will have experience in scalable software solutions • Replatforming/Greenfield Development: Experience in building new platforms and working with modern tech stacks using a legacy platform as your guide • Familiarity with agile methodologies and environments • Passionate about learning, teaching, and continuous improvement • Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and a proactive approach to challenges • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
