• Gratia is seeking a Head of Growth to lead strategic growth initiatives, drive customer acquisition and retention, and scale our sales and marketing efforts. • The role will involve partnering with internal teams to develop go-to-market strategies, secure channel partnerships, and optimize data-driven approaches for sustainable growth. • You will play a key role in shaping Gratia’s growth trajectory by fostering key partnerships and building a high-performing team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred. • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a tech-led growth organization. • Proven experience in scaling growth strategies in startups or hyper-growth environments. • Experience in top-tier consulting firms (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) is a plus. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
