Description

• Support and develop ongoing processes to scale operations for the growing community • Collaborate with Community Directors and stakeholders to enhance community engagement & scale through meetups and affinity groups • Oversee support and advice delivery to community members • Contribute to the design and development of community programs, initiatives, and events • Collect and analyze data related to community engagement, feedback, and key performance indicators • Ensure policy and compliance within established guidelines, policies, and code of conduct • Represent the organization at community meetings and events • Track deliverables, scheduling, and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Communications) • Proven experience in program coordination & mentorship • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong organizational and project management skills • Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals and provide guidance and support • Familiarity with mentorship best practices and personal development concepts • Data-driven and results-oriented mindset • Passion for making a positive impact on individuals through mentorship • Preferred background with FinOps and/or Cloud Computing
