Description

• Oversee implementation projects for Time, Billing & Accounting product suite • Become expert on TB&A product and manage full services lifecycle • Partner with teams to improve market positioning of TB&A products • Evaluate project team performance and ensure required tools and training are provided • Identify issues and risks, create and escalate mitigation plans • Design and implement new processes and best practices to improve efficiency • Assess team agile practices and execute improvement plans • Communicate with partners on project performance

Requirements

• Strong knowledge and understanding of the insurance defense market and/or time, billing and accounting product(s) • Demonstrated experience in program management and managing multiple projects with varying timelines, scope, budget, etc. concurrently • Collaborative, flexible, cross-functional nature with an extreme ownership mindset • Passion for winning and raising the bar in everything you do • Expert use of project planning and tracking tools • Ability to influence others even when you do not have direct authority over them
