📋 Description

• Continuously monitor the portfolio of active clients • Track engagement, solution usage, and account health • Identify churn risks and take proactive retention measures • Conduct regular follow-up meetings and strategic alignment sessions • Map upsell and cross-sell opportunities in coordination with the Commercial team • Deliver training and guidance to increase solution adoption • Prepare reports tracking portfolio progress and evolution • Work strategically on contract renewals • Support the creation of materials, best practices, and success cases

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer service, client relationship management, or portfolio management • Background in Customer Success, account management, or retention • Strong communication skills and ease conducting meetings • Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile • Comfortable with systems, CRM platforms, and tracking tools • Ability to adapt continuously to changes, new processes, and dynamic scenarios • Interest and engagement with current technology trends, particularly the use and application of Artificial Intelligence to improve efficiency, relationships, and customer experience • Proactive attitude with good time management and interpersonal skills
