🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in leadership, consulting, HR, coaching, business, education, public service or similar fields • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills • A growth‑oriented mindset and interest in leadership development • Confidence working independently and managing your own time • Commercial awareness and a results‑driven approach • Comfort using digital tools and virtual communication
