📋 Description

• Prepare, analyze and provide data for the fines area, transforming information into insights to support decision-making; • Prepare, deliver and present area indicators and reports to leadership and management; • Increase team productivity through automations and process improvements; • Implement controls and actions that contribute to reducing financial losses; • Identify the root cause of customer contacts related to fines across service channels.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed) • Advanced Excel • Knowledge of SQL (data extraction and manipulation), Power BI (dashboard development) and Python (data analysis and automation) • Automation tools (RPA, scripts, workflows) • Knowledge of AWS and Accounting is a plus.
