📋 Description

• Structure and develop the area’s strategic indicators (KPIs). • Conduct in-depth analyses of transfer process data. • Identify trends, deviations and opportunities for improvement. • Build and enhance dashboards and management reports. • Act in a consultative capacity with leadership to support decision-making. • Lead process automation and productivity improvement initiatives. • Contribute to the standardization and governance of area processes. • Support the implementation of technological solutions and the use of AI. • Serve as a technical reference for data analysis within the team. • Map end-to-end processes, identifying key improvement points. • Perform analyses and problem diagnostics to create new solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in data analysis, metrics and process optimization. • Experience building dashboards and supporting decision-making. • Experience with process automation. • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI, SQL and Python.
