📋 Description

• Analyze customer experience data (NPS and other metrics), identifying opportunities and issues • Develop dashboards and analyses to support decision-making • Turn data into actionable insights to improve the customer journey • Collaborate with business areas (Operations, Marketing, Technology, among others) • Support leadership with analyses and executive presentations • Lead initiatives and projects aimed at advancing the customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of data analysis and database manipulation (SQL, Excel and/or BI tools) • Experience building dashboards and analyzing metrics • Ability to translate data into business insights • Strong communication skills for interacting with different departments • Experience with CX metrics (such as NPS) is a plus • Experience in data-driven environments and decision-making is a plus
