‱ Develop and Lead the Partner Success Strategy ‱ Build and maintain relationships with partners ‱ Oversee the onboarding experience for partners ‱ Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams ‱ Track and analyze partner KPIs and metrics ‱ Hire, mentor, and lead a Partner Success team ‱ Define processes, playbooks, and tools to streamline communication ‱ Act as a brand ambassador at industry events

🎯 Requirements

‱ 8+ years in Partner Success, Client Success, or Strategic Account Management roles ‱ Proven track record of building and leading success teams in high-growth environments ‱ Experience defining success frameworks and operational models ‱ Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills ‱ Comfort with data-driven reporting and metrics ‱ Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority ‱ Personal interest in collectibles, gaming, or digital fandoms is highly desirable.
