📋 Description

• Operational management of the restaurant and joint responsibility for budget and personnel planning • Support the restaurant manager in preparing business performance reports (BWA) • Monitor and ensure all standards regarding staff, inventory and quality management in the restaurant • Ensure smooth operations across all restaurant stations • Responsible for delivering the perfect L'Osteria experience in our restaurants

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial qualification or substantial experience in the restaurant or hotel industry • Extensive knowledge of budget and personnel management • Customer-service orientation and strong organizational skills
