• 8+ years of experience in financial services or wealth management, with both branch and home office leadership experience preferred. • 8+ years of experience handling advisor growth, retention, and recruiting. • FINRA Series 7/66 (or equivalent) • 5+ years of people leadership experience, including recruiting, developing, coaching, and motivating teams. • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
