Description

• The primary responsibility of the Recruiter is to provide results-oriented sourcing strategies that procure the best available Linguists (Interpreters / Translators / Cultural Consultants)• The successful candidate will identify, interview, screen, rank and negotiate rates with Linguists who will fill specific language needs• In this role, it is vital that the Recruiter possess excellent technical skills and high-level proficiency with Microsoft Office, Internet research tools and Web conferencing solutions• The candidate must also be able to leverage online job boards and social networking websites to promote opportunities for Linguists• The Recruiter must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate responsibly and in a professional manner at all times

Requirements

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) • Ability to type 30 words per minute and excellent 10 key skills • Experience with Lever or other applicant tracking systems • 1+ years of recruiting experience preferred
