• Drive & resilience: You pursue goals with urgency and bounce back from “no.” • Clear communication: Strong written/verbal skills and confident phone presence. • Curiosity & empathy: You ask sharp questions and tailor value to each prospect. • Proof of achievement: 1+ year in sales/BDR or standout wins that show you hit big goals outside of sales. • Ownership: Organized, self-managed in a remote setting; quick to learn tools (Salesforce, outreach, LI Navigator). • Coachability & team play: You seek feedback, act on it, and help teammates win. • Bachelor’s preferred, not required. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
