📋 Description

• You conduct successful onboarding of new users and ensure they quickly reach the milestones for their individual use cases • You build a network of customers and maintain long-term relationships with them • You lead trainings and workshops for our customers and ensure they can leverage the full potential of our software • You understand customers' specific requirements and goals and advise them on industry best practices • You collect customer feedback, synthesize it, and pass it on to our product team • Our goal is to act proactively to identify potential churn risks early • You identify upsell opportunities by demonstrating the added value of additional use cases • You regularly prepare reports on the status, satisfaction, and growth of our customers • You work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams.

🎯 Requirements

• You are a native-level German speaker and have business-fluent English in speech and writing • You have prior experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment • Communication is one of your strengths, and you enjoy proactively reaching out to people • You have a solid understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly • You enjoy solving problems and proactively tackle challenges to find solutions • You think strategically and plan ahead • You value a hands-on approach • You are team-oriented.
