• Lyra Health is looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager • Responsible for driving global offering and other complex initiatives • Owns product planning and launches across all scrum teams • Partners closely with Product (PM, Design), Engineering, Product Marketing (PMM), Go-to-Market (GTM), Customer Success (CS), Clinical Ops, and the leadership team • Highly visible role to ensure high-level execution of product management, development, and operations • Reports to the Director of Product Management • Role can be carried out from Burlingame, CA headquarters or remotely within the United States • Manage product scrum team timelines and schedules • Align product development with marketing strategies • Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams and stakeholders • Identify and manage risks and issues • Promote a culture of continuous improvement


• Minimum of 4 years in program management or related role in a software development environment • Proven experience in managing global product launches • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies • Exceptional project management skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to think strategically and tactically • Autonomous and self-motivated • Proficient in project management tools • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field a plus • PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification a plus
