📋 Description

• The Technical Project Manager will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across product development and commercial media programs. • This role requires exceptional skills in translating business strategy into executable project plans, with clear prioritization at both quarterly and sprint levels. • You’ll work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams to drive projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering measurable outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Technical Project Manager ideally in digital media, healthcare, or B2B tech environments. • Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional projects using agile, Waterfall, and Kanban methodologies. • Expertise in creating and managing work plans, project briefs, timelines, and impact assessments (RICE, ROI, etc.). • Proficiency with Jira and agile planning tools; comfort working across multiple product and engineering backlogs. • Strong understanding of digital product development lifecycles and omnichannel marketing media workflows. • Familiarity with velocity planning, resource allocation, financial tracking, forecasting, and supporting budget management activities. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with competing priorities.
