Description

• Build and manage internal technology, operations, and information security functions • Establish and manage a helpdesk and develop technology policies • Lead and execute complex IT and security projects • Collaborate with engineering, product, legal, and other teams for integrated security • Develop and manage a comprehensive security program aligned with industry standards

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in information technology and security • Strong knowledge of security frameworks (SOC 2, NIST, ISO 27001) and EdTech regulations (FERPA, COPPA) • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-impact projects with a high level of ownership and attention to detail • Excellent ability to simplify complex security topics and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
