• Prospect and qualify potential leads from various sources, including inbound inquiries and warm leads available in the CRM • Communicate effectively with prospects via email to educate them about our products/services and demonstrate how they can address their specific challenges or requirements • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system • Follow up with leads promptly and professionally to move them through the sales pipeline, assisting the sales manager • Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, promptly resolving their needs and issues • Continuously strive to achieve individual and team sales targets and objectives


• 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles in a B2B environment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport, and establishing trust with prospects and clients • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Proficiency in Google Workplace (docs, sheets, etc.) and CRM software (e.g.,Salesforce, HubSpot) • Knowledge of the US market and cultural nuances is a plus • Fluent in English (both written and verbal) • Be mature and independent • Accuracy and attention to detail, aptitude for numbers, and quantitative skills
