• Grow business in Lighting, Mechanical and BMS/controls retrofits • Responsible for initial audits of facilities • Create scopes of work • Present and close sales opportunities • Work with utility personnel • Quickly evaluate existing systems in a facility and identify retrofit design • Perform detailed audits • Create and revise project scopes • Work with utility to ensure project qualifies for incentives • Ensure projects meet profitability metrics • Identify comprehensive projects and bring in necessary resources • Work in team environment to create value for customers • Use detail-oriented approach to evaluate sales opportunities • Adjust as needed to customer needs


• 3+ years sales experience in energy efficiency consulting field • Experience selling retrofit solutions (lighting, mechanical, BMS/controls, etc.) • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite • Proficiency with Salesforce preferred • General knowledge of electrical contracting, design, distribution, and construction processes • Ability to multitask in a high volume fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Confident, coachable, displays passion for learning and brings new ideas to the table • Women and members of historically marginalized communities are encouraged to apply
